Our First Beach Clean!

Last week we were delighted to take part in our first ever ‘Donnini Beach Clean’ in Ayr, just a few hundreds yards from our office. We have properties across Ayrshire, including Troon, Prestwick, Kilmarnock and Irvine, but it made sense to start in Ayr seeing as it’s where we are based.

We made the decision to embark on a beach clean a few months ago, as part of our Donnini Sustainability drive as we look to give back to Ayrshire and its people. Welcoming thousands of guests every year to the area brings responsibility and this was just one of many initiatives that we have taken to show that we care.

We intentionally chose this date as it followed on from Pavillion Festival in Ayr, which many of our guests attended. 8 full bags of litter was pretty good going in 2hrs but we had to look hard to find it.

On the whole, the beach was looking great!👌
